Shobu is a kid who loves to play Duel Masters with his friends, and daydreams over what will it be like to become the greatest Duel Master player in the world. After winning a low-level tournament, he is befriended by Knight. He congratulates Shobu on winning the tournament, and asks him if he wants to duel him at the center the next day.
