Tamama makes friends with a boy he sees practicing his soccer moves everyday. He joins the boy in his daily routine, and even teaches him his trademark Jealousy Ball, adapted for soccer into the Jealousy Shoot - which destroys the boy's old soccer ball by accident. Playing the Blue Oni, a bad guy who was only doing so to bring happiness to his friends, he tries to force a romantic situation between her and Giroro. However, nothing goes to plan and the special romantic moment is shared by the Red and Green Alien instead. Deciding that it is better to be the Red Oni, Keroro is quickly pelted with soybean by Natsumi on Setsubun. Wanting revenge, he has Kururu turn her into an Oni girl via the Oni ray gun. Natsumi, still seething after the events of episode 17, accepts Keroro's challenge, whereupon Keroro picks Fuyuki as his opponent. Momoka's snowy mountain complex forms the backdrop as Keroro and Fuyuki go to battle in winter sports, but one unexplained phenomena after another (a freak updraft, a stray missile, a bobsled rail coming off for no reason) threaten to throw the competition into disarray.
