One night, as Zenzo is about to land, Gintoki crashes his scooter into Zenzo`s backside. Ignoring the pain of his hemorrhoids, Zenzo grabs the pizza box to make his delivery. But instead of the pizza box, Zenzo accidentally grabs Gintoki`s Jump. Zenzo`s client, Okuni, takes the Jump and tells Zenzo that misfortune will befall his rear and that he should be careful.

Shinpachi sneaks on board Takasugi`s ship and uses the confusion of a cannon shot to successfully save Kagura. Meanwhile, Gintoki learns that stag beetles can be sold at high prices and plans to go to the forest to catch some. Kagura says that she wants to catch a stag beetle to avenge Sadaharu 28. The group heads to the forest, but they find the Shinsengumi already there, desperately looking for stag beetles …66Substance over Form2007-07-2625 minGintoki is stuffing himself with dango at Konpeito, a quiet dango shop. The shop`s customers have been lured away by the sweets shop Andromeda, which is across the street. The owner persists in promoting his shop with his enthusiasm for dango. Gintoki learns that Sweets, the owner of Andromeda, is trying to drive Konpeito out of business because he wants the land. Konpeito`s owner won’t agree to Sweets’ proposition, so Sweets challenges him to a competition. Konpeito and Andromeda will invite people to eat dango, and the shop whose dango is most popular wins. Scared off by a terrifying commercial, Gintoki goes back to retrieve his magazines, but passes out after seeing a woman`s severed head at the dumping ground. The next day, Gintoki wakes up in his room and is relieved when he thinks it was just a dream, only to find the severed head in Kagura`s hands. Shinpachi informs the panicked Gintoki that it’s the head of an Etsuko, a popular mechanical maid. Tama tells Shinpachi that he has a 5 percent chance of surviving and suggests that he should leave her and run away. But Shinpachi tells her that a samurai protects the person they have sworn to protect no matter what. But the faction members are only interested in talking about the latest popular drama and don`t listen to what he says. Katsura becomes angry and leaves the salon. He proceeds to a video rental store. When he tries to rent a video, the store employee asks him to show his driver`s license as identification, but as a fugitive, he doesn`t have a license. Meanwhile, Gintoki has gone to a driving school to take lessons after having his license suspended. When he gets into a passenger seat as part of…73The Mushrooms Are Delicious2007-09-1325 minThe Odd Jobs gang has gone to the mountains to go hunting for matsutake mushrooms. Gintoki is in high spirits, but a hunter named Marinosuke appears before him and warns him to leave the mountain quickly because it`s dangerous. But Gintoki and the others don`t listen and are intent on finding matsutake mushrooms. Masamune, a giant bear that`s being controlled by a space mushroom, appears before the group! Gintoki and the others escape thanks to Marinosuke. They try to fight Masamune to collect a reward. But a mushroom just like the one controlling Masamune is growing out of Gintoki`s head!!74A Mangaka Has to Stock Up Enough Drafts to Be Qualified2007-09-2025 minOne day, Kagura and the others notice that Catherine`s eyebrows are on the verge of connecting.
